keepin' it local

not only is our main heat source, wood harvested from the very local five acres we live on, but our dogs have been on a local, raw, and organic diet for longer than i can remember.

here is another recent upload of the dogs eating some of last season's turkey toes. all this poultry is raised in socorro, nm. it is pastured in movable yurts or tractors. fed mostly greens from the field and moved every other day.

another chicken back run is in the works for next week. turkey toes and possibly "zipped" heads are also on the menu.
