corn knee high by the fourth of July. not sure who coined this one, but I've heard a lot of people reference this phrase. Either way I don't see any way this will be ,but it is progress as usual.
More trellises to build today as well as possibly grill up some of Tom's chicken from Pollo Real down in socorro. Tom and his whole family run the farm and they are awesome people. Their chicken and eggs and garlic and such can be found every Sat. at the santa fe farmer's market on Paseo de Peralta, until the permanent home is ready at the historic railyard district... they provide us with about three-quarters of the dog's food annually. Awesome organic pastured poultry.
